I wanted to let everyone know that I received my 96 Cadillac on December 11th - less than two weeks after requesting pickup in New Jersey to Kansas.
The driver from Quality Transport, Larry, was a fantastic representative for your company. The car was in the same shape it was when it left New Jersey.
The driver went out of his way to get the car to us at a convenient time for us, not him. Just wanted to let everyone know how much we appreciate the Able Auto service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!
WHAT a RIP OFF!! They charge my credit card immediately. Excuse after excuse for pickup the car. They never even attempted to pick up the car. When I asked for a manager or owner: the man was irate at me that I would question the service. They refused to even give me a contacts name. I was told that he would NOT provide the service and absolutely no refund.
After contacting my bank and the State of NY, I also provided copies of the others who have posted complaints ......Finally I received a refund. No apology letter or call. Just a typed credit slip by mail. Of course with no contact name.

Please refrain from using this transporter. I placed an order with them because their quote was the cheapest - they did not pick up my car for almost 2 weeks and when I called to complain they actually told me that the car can be moved if I pay them more than what was quoted! I was stuck between a rock and hard place so I called the supervisor and she actually used swearing words etc (Fu***** etc) over the phone. Till date, this has been my worst customer service experience ever. On emailing them that I will take them to consumer court the supervisor actually threatened me - I have the email strings if anyone would like to see them. |
