Comments	I was leery of using a broker, but was unsuccessful in finding a local hauler on my own. I called AutoGo, crossed my fingers and held my breath. At every turn I was pleasantly surprised. The dispatch people were helpful, my SUV was picked up in just a few days, the hauler was very competent and approachable, my car got there amazingly fast.... I would use them again. This time, without hesitation.

Comments	AutoGo was an excellent company that transported my vehicle. The quote department was frank and honest about the business and realistic timeframes to transport my vehicle. They took no up front fees or deposits and didn't charge anything for services until my vehicle was on it's way. The driver, Albert, was very nice and accomodating. He gave me his phone number and regularly checked in to give me a status on his progress. I would definately use this service again.

Comments	I researched all the companies online and made my choice....Auto Go was fantastic! I had to ship a Toyota from Minnesota to Southern California in January and expected to run in to all sorts of delays due to weather. Quite the opposite! Not only were their rates fantastic, but from the time I placed my order to the time of delivery was barely 10 days! I realize they cannot guarantee that type of service for everyone, but they sure make the effort. Communication is key when choosing your transport company and Tom and his wife at Autogo were fantastic. They made sure the actual trucking company called me and had every phone number available. The driver himself was very polite and was able to meet me less than a mile from my home. I highly recommend Auto Go for your auto transport needs. You will feel safe with them.

Comments	I could not have found a more responsible and efficient transporter to do business with. Tom and Peggy Bisbee did exactly what they said they would do. My vehicle was picked up in Tampa on time and when the the driver was in Atlanta, Tom called me to say that the driver had electrical problems with his truck. Then the driver himself called and apologized for any trouble and he already had J.A.W.Transport out of Palatine,Illinois pick my vehicle up in Atlanta.The driver from J.A.W. Robert,called to let me know he had my vehicle and would arrive the next day.The original driver ,David called again just to be sure that the second driver had contacted me.Through all of this, Tom of AutoGo kept in touch with me to keep me informed how everything was going.My vehicle was picked up on Dec.6,2005 and I received it Dec.8,2005,in absolutely perfect condition. I did my homework and really checked out a lot of transporters,especially checking the Better Business Bureau where the company is located,AutoGo was the only one that I found that came through with "flying colors".I would highly recommend them to anyone and they are who I will call the next time I need a vehicle moved.THANK YOU-- Tom and Peggy for a job well done...

Comments	My experience with AutoGo Auto Transport in Tuscon was absolutely fantastic!!! The owners, Peggy and Tom Bisbee were extremely responsive, organized, efficient, and re-assuring! I had a prior experience with shipping a p/u truck to WY from NJ with one of the bigger, more expensive movers but this transaction was even better, most likely because it is a 'mom and pop' operation. I purchased a Corvette (show car) over the internet from Louisiana and needed it shipped to NJ. Of course, I wanted an enclosed carrier for my 'baby.' After researching quality and pricing via this website, I decided that AutoGo had earned my business, not only because the pricing was better, but because the owners responded to my several e-mails promptly, with patience, and put my many concerns at ease. This company is a broker. Don't let the big companies with 'their own trucks' talk you out of using a broker (and they WILL call you to try the 'hard sell'). If a broker uses only certain, quality carriers as does AutoGo Auto Transport, you shouldn't have anything to worry about! My show car arrived within a week (door-to-door transport!) of the contract being signed. They DID NOT require a deposit; it was C.O.D.!!! Talk about trustworthy! When the carrier arrived at my home, my 'baby' was on the bottom level of the enclosed carrier and it was covered in plastic. Good thing, too! The car above dripped oil! Make sure you ask these questions about oil-drip liability, etc. before you ship! Hats off to Peggy and Tom for a trouble- and worry-free transaction! Feel free to e-mail me with any questions!

Comments	Peggy Bisbee and AutoGo were great. They found a trucker to move my car for me on short notice (after another company said they couldn't do it). The trucker we got, Tim, was friendly and competent. They sent a flat-bed truck to get the car in my urban Philadelphia neighborhood, and dropped it off in front of my new house in Santa Barbara. A few days before the car was scheduled to arrive I e-mailed Peggy for a status report, and she put the trucker in touch with me by cellphone so we could coordinate a convenient drop off time. The car arrived in perfect shape, needing just a run through the carwash. In sum, AutoGo was a trustworthy, responsive, honest, and good natured broker. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Comments	On the day the car was to be delivered I called Auto Go and was told it would be two days late. I was not contacted by Auto Go and believe I would not have been told unless I called. In addition, while the woman on the phone was very proffessional, she blamed the driver and would not take responsibility. My contract is with Auto Go not the driver and blaming him for there lack of follow up seemed like "passing the buck."

Our vehicle was picked up when scheduled and delivered two days before the estimated drop-off date. The drivers of the transport were professional and courteous and the car arrived in very good condition. Tom Bisbee at AutoGo was excellent to work with and very informative. Comments	Car was delivered in perfect condition. Delivery would have been extremely fast, but driver blew an engine on the way which caused some delay. Driver took measures to make sure car was safe while he got repairs, and the carrier eventually sent another truck when repairs turned into a lengthy ordeal. AutoGo communicated the situation in a satisfactory manner, and answered my questions promtly. All in all I was pleased with AutoGo's service & price and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. I found them on this website!

Comments	WOW!!!!!I have to say that AutoGo has to be the best Experience for me in my Car Buying Process. I thought It would have been the most challenging. From the first call to Peggy, I felt extremely comfortable and I had an automatic trust in their corporation. My Order was put in on a Thursday, I got a call on Friday to say a Transporter was assigned, and by Wednesday, the car was collected, and finally delivered Thursday Morning. Smooooth as Ever. The only litle thing is the driver got lost coming down in Local Miami, so I met him on the highway and escorted him to my house. Its not his fault as Miami is a huge Maze. 100% Excellent Service. Peggy is very patient and courteous with a newbie car shopper who needed transportation, and she always went the extra mile for me. Comments	Great Job. My car was picked up six days after I made my request and exactly on my availability date. I was told by autogo that it would be in transport approximately 10 - 14 days. When the driver picked up my car, I told him when I was flying into my destination. The driver gave me his cell phone number an told me to call him the day before my arrival. Rather than door to door as originally planned, with my agreement, he had the car waiting at a convenient location near the airport (10 days after pick-up). He had arrived a few hours before me and had the car unloaded and waiting for my inspection. It arrived in great shape. Smooth, easy transaction all around!
