Comments	I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience using Automotive Transport. I contacted them to ship a vehicle from GA to NJ after waiting almost 2 weeks for another company to arrange a pick-up. With blinding speed, Automotive Transport arranged a pick-up the morning after taking my request. The vehicle was picked up the day after that and two days later my vehicle was in my driveway in excellent condition! I cannot give a more glowing recommendation for this auto shipping company. You can't go wrong!

Comments	I searched for a decent auto transport company for along time and eventually I decided on Automotive Transport. Good choice. The carrier company that transported my car was Sunshine Transport. The car was picked up on time and delivered within the 2 days time frame agreed upon. The carrier company that handled the transport is what makes the difference between a great experience and a bad one. But I give credit to Automotive Transport for selecting good transport companies to handle their business.

Comments	Automotive Transport, Inc. was easy to work with, charged a fair rate, and the car arrived on time. However, brake fluid from a car above ours leaked onto our roof and damaged the paint ($500 repair). We filed a claim with the transporter (J.D. Copeland with J&M Transport) but were denied as their contract specified that they were not liable for any damage caused by leaking fluids. When I read this clause prior to signing I thought it pertained to fluids that might leak from my car and cause damage to my car. How can they not be liable for damage caused by another car they are transporting? This type of leakage must be a common problem with people moving older cars around after buying on ebay. My advice, request that your car be loaded on top and hope for the best or pay the price and use an enclosed truck.

Comments	I made a deal with AT since they provided the lowest estimate. Email confirmed 3-4 days for scheduling. 2 weeks later still no scheduled pickup. Email from AT said they "didn't understand the problem" and gave no estimated pickup. I told them it was unacceptable to wait 15 days and STILL have no scheduled pickup. Gave 24 hours to get scheduled, or I would file complaints. They sent my deposit back an hour later and note saying they never guarantee pickup. Lame excuse that smells like a scam where lowball estimates are given and if they can't find somebody to transport cheap, they send a refund.

Comments	Placed order on Monday or Tuesday. Car was picked up on Wednesday and delivered the following Tuesday. They used Classic Transport for the hauling. First time I have used a car hauler and would not hesitate to use them again. They were not only good, but they were the second cheapest quote that I received. Also responded quickly to emails and seemed to be very up-front with everything.

Comments	Automotive Transport bailed me out of a bad situation. I had decided to go with another transporter (who so far has not refunded my deposit even though they never booked a carrier). They were unable to find a carrier who would go to the north end of Maine, so I called Shoun at Automotive Transport. After hearing my story, she said they would help me without charging a broker's fee. They found a carrier who would go there and just told me to pay the trucker when he brought the car, no deposit. Car arrived safely by a trucker who took great care making sure the antique car arrived in one piece. I would not hesitate to recommend Automotive Transport for moving your vehicle as they are a lot more interested in their reputation than making a buck.
