Comments	This company did the best job. I have moved my car 6 times and the first 5 were headaches. This time I got 10 quotes from transport reviews. I liked the way AFT handled ALL their reviews so I called them. Gail was exceptional. THEY DIDN"T TAKE ANY money unti the driver was on his way and picked up on the day they said and delivered it in 8 days. The car was clean (so was the driver) and inspection, bill of lading and all pw was very easy and provided. Most other companies just dropped my car off and left me with nothing to reimburse my move. Gail, Andy and Jean were my contacts and all were great with that Souther Charm and Hospitality that America seems to be loosing these days.

Comments	I had signed on with another company that was a bit cheaper than these guys. Boy did I find out that was a mistake. I called Kapa back when after 2 weeks my car still had not been picked up by the other company and they refused to refund my deposit. When I explained my situation, I was immediately transfered to a manager (Rana) who listened to my situation and offered some very good suggestions on how to get my money back from the other company. Then offered not to charge me anything until she could get the car moved for me. The next day I received a call from Rana and they had a driver on the way to pick up my car. It was delivered to me within two days and in very good condition. These guys are very professional and attentive to the customers needs and make every effort to assist you as quickly as possible. I will suggest them to everyone I know and I will definitely use them again.

Comments	Just like all the other horrible reviews on www.transportreviews.com, my husband and I were taken as possible scam victims by this despicable company. We all need to unite and file reports with the State of New York’s Attorney General. Their address is: 200 Old Country Road, Suite 460, Mineola, NY 11501 (Attn: Bureau of Consumer Frauds and Protection) Their phone number is 516-248-3301 and Fax #516-747-6432. We finally had success in getting our money back from AEC. They (AEC) refused to refund us back on our credit card, but we feel the DA's office was imperative in us being victorious. The DA’s office made sure AEC knew they would stay in the picture until we told them (DA’s Office) we had received our money in full. We finally did. We were a military family moving cross country.....and this is how AEC thanks our troops?? Is this a way to treat anyone?? And they claim to have excellent customer service! What a joke, except none of us are laughing because it was our reality. Comments	I called Governor Auto Transport after I had waited for another company to schedule the pickup for my car for 9 days. I called Governor on a Sunday and they had it scheduled with a driver by Monday morning and the car was picked up two hours later. I was so surprised that they could get the job done so fast after I had waited for the other company and they couldn't get anything done. Also I had to pay the other company a deposit up front and they said they are keeping it since I cancelled, but Governor did not ask for a deposit until their job was done. I will definitly use them again.

Comments	I contacted Governor Auto Transport after I had cancelled my order with another company. I told Rachel that I needed my car shipped asap as I had already placed an order with another company that didn't pick up my car in the timeframe that they said they would. Rachel assured me that she would find a carrier soon and call me as soon as she did and I didn't have to pay a deposit until that happened. Rachel called me only a couple hours later to tell me that she had a carrier to pickup that same day. I paid less with Governor Auto Transport than I would have with the other company and the deposit was less too. My car was delivered in just two days. I wish that I would have just gone with Governor Auto Transport first. I am very pleased with the entire experience I had with Governor Auto Transport. Thank you very much.

Comments	I schedule my 2002 BMW 325i to go from Fort Lauderdale to Long Island with Eagle Auto Transport. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a good rate, they didn't have the lowest quote, but they were definitely worth it. I felt very comfortable with them and I knew they would take car of my car. They showed up on the scheduled date, and everything went smoothly. They have door to door service, which is a great help. I would definitely use them in the future.

Comments	I have waited over a month to receive my vehicle. ATO assured me that it would be picked up in 5 to 10 days after signing my contract. It never happened. They informed me that they attmpted 2 pickups only to find out that it was not true. They told me that on the first attempt, they were not aware that the vehicle was non-operational (not true) and that I would be charged more money. I was forced to go with another transporter. Plus I lost money.

Comments	CARRIER has delivered auto, but has decided to make a claim against distribution of brokerage to broker simply because of a claim which caused them some loss one year ago in moving a car for this broker. This is a decided lack of ethics and should be known to any other broker which might "trust" trans tech.

Comments	Interstate Auto Move located in Miami Florida is what I called a bit too shaddy. I had submitted an online bid on shipping a car from PA to Oregon. This company instead of email me called me directly with a price quote. Anyhow, first I spoke to person who gave me a price quote then called me back within 30 minutes and stated he has to charge me more due to the cost of gas. I told them I have to think about it....a few days pass and two other shipping company couldn't move my vehicle. I went ahead and called and spoke to MAX. He gave me an initial price of $1200, then an hour later he called told me he has to add an additional $20.00. NOT SURE WHY, possible GAS rise. oh well...I said ok. He GARANTIE that it will be picked up within 10 days and shipped to me delievered in 14 days. So, I went ahead and booked them with a note on the contract that I will get a full refund if not picked up with 10 days. So, when it came to paying I gave them my credit card info and had fax back to them the contract. An hour later they told me that my credit card doesn't work you need to use PAYPAL to pay. Strange, I used this credit card all the time and its the one thats currently on file with PayPal. Oh-well again....I went ahead and pay. 10 days later no pickup, I try calling Max several time not once he called me back after getting the full amount. He did not returning my calls or he just doesn't answer. I then called a different number that I found on the WEB. I spoke to Soles, She kept tell me to hold a few days...so, I did....I called back...again.....she asked me to hold a few more days. After 21 days, I asked for a refund. She stated I can only refund a portion of the money. I said "NO". I want a full refund as stated in my contract. She stated give me a few more days...anyhow, I just went ahead and filed a dispute with Interstate via Paypal to get a full refund. I would not recommend them and would never use this Broker again.

Comments	After having problems with 5 other shipping company, I spoke to a Corry of AADA that was refer to me by Gator Trucking. I had arranged a pick up of my vehicle in the end of July. I explain my situation that my vehicle has been sitting at PA for over 2 months. Corry promise that it would be picked up within 10 days. His Driver Harold is assign to pick this up at the end of his load. After 7 days I had called Corry almost every day to make sure it gets picked up. And, each time I was told Harold is still out there and will be picking this up. And its schedule on his pickup. But, not once they had called me back. Eventually after 2 weeks+ later. I called and was told by Corry that Harold had bypass the pickup and is on his way back. After telling him my entire story from the beginning and how I was stuck in a rock and a hard place all he can say I am sorry it was our mistake. THEN WHY DID YOU LIE AND SAID IT WAS ON HAROLD WORK ORDER. He then said he would make every effort to find someone to pick it up. Again he never called me back. I had to find another trucking company. I would never used this company again, un-professional and they are a broker. Next time be HONEST!!!

Comments	I had submitted a bid online for a shipping price and it happen to be Fleet that came with the lowest price. So, I book them on June 10,2005. They told me that the car will be picked up within 10 days and should be no problem. After 50+ days and still nothing....I went looking for another shipping agent. After booking with Fleet, in the 50+ days not one person from Fleet had called to let me know status or anything. I was force to spend countless time in calling them just to hear them say it hasn't been booked. These guys are brookers and I would not recommend them. As they say you get what you pay, cheap quote means poor service. One good thing is that they didn't charge me any service charge or anything...they offer a full refund if they didn't get it booked.

Comments	Over the years this is the WORST shipping company I have ever used. I book this back in the end of June of 2005. I was told that it would be picked up within 10 days. So, after 10 days, I waited and waited calling them to see if its been picked up. And, no it hasn't been picked up was the same story. She told me that she would call the person who is holding my car in PA. NOT ONCE SHE CALLED ALL LIES!!! The price quote was low at $1100. She then stated we can move it by adding more money to your price quote. WHAT!!!!! After 25 days or so, I went ahead to cancel. She then claims I can only refund a portion of your deposit. I didn't give her 30 days or so. She stated that in the contract. I then got unglued, I asked where is the contract. There was no contract fax'ed or implied. She stated by giving the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card is the contract. This was stupid no contract was email to me or fax to me. Everything was done on the phone. Deposit was made over the phone, quotes did not say anything about retaining a portion of the depost.....matter of fact she stated its a full refund if no driver has been assign to it. This is the worst shipping company (BROKER) that I have ever use and would not recommend them unless you plan on getting a headache.

Comments	This company is the most unprofessional, unreliable people I have ever dealt with. They first charge your credit card and then there response to when the car will be picked up is whenever they ***** want. They also refuse to be cooperative and usually hang up the phone when you inquire about there lies. I tried to cancel and was told I could not. I then went through a major headache trying to rebook and dispute my credit card. Do Not Use these people,they are crooks. By the way, any postive remarks on this site are from them. They even to so far as to pull their name off here so that people would not bother complaining

Comments	Very Honest, up-front company. They took the time to explain how everything works since this was my first time moving a car and they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Took 3 days to get my car and it came in great shape. The woman (Jeannie) who handled my call and transport was very friendly and helpful. From what I understand, this is a small trucking company and the husbands of the 2 women in the office also drive 2 of the trucks. Nice to work with a "family" type of business.
