Comments	I contacted these people 3 weeks ago to have my Mini Cooper shipped from NY to Salt Lake City UT. The Car was supposed to be picked up 3 weeks ago today, and delivered the next Monday. I called the Garage in NY where my car was sitting that friday and they had not heard from Platinum. So I called Platinum and they said that the driver was on his way to pick it up (Friday). I called on Monday and the Garage had not heard from Platinum yet. I proceeded to call Platnum on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday always getting "let me look into it" and then no call. Finally she let me know that they are going out of business. Thanks for the info, but IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER SERVED THREE WEEKS AGO!!!! Now I get to go through the process again. Crap!

Comments	It appears as though ProStar does not exist at all. I tried a number of times to call them, left messages, and e-mailed them for a quote, but to no avail. If this is the way new customers are treated, I would be extremely nervous about handing my car over to them!

Comments	I had originally contacted Wisco and was told that it would be about a week. So a few days later I contacted them again to see when they would be picking up my vehicle. They said they were pretty busy that it would be picked up in four days. Seeing that I was in a hurry, they contacted Platinum Auto Transport to see if they could help them out as they were pretty busy. I apprecited that Wisco went out of their way to find me a top notch carrier without worrying about their own profit. So Brent at Platinum contacted me that evening and told me that they would be able to pick up the vehicle the next morning in CA and that it would come straight to Colorado. He then faxed me a copy of his primary insurance so I could verify it. After this I agreed for them to haul my vehicle as it is a classic in excellent condition and that all of their trailers were enclosed and in excellent condition as I would not settle for a open hauling of my car. They picked up my car as agreed and Jim the driver contacted me on a daily basis to tell me where he was and when he planned on arriving at my home. The vehicle had been inspected before loading and after unloading and was in the same condition as when it left. I highly recommend Platinum Auto Transport to anyone who is looking for an A+ service. I am very pleased with them and would use them again. I also would like to thank Valorie Simons with Tn'T Auto Transport who lead me in the right direction. She didn't mind that I did not use their service but wanted to let me know what to look for in a dependable shipping company as she wanted me to be a happy customer with little or no hassle. I'm sure they have a dependable service too although I did not use their service.
