Tn'T Auto Transport strives to meet every quoted transit time. However, in situations, which
cause delays, Tn'T will make every attempt to keep the client informed in as timely as a manner as possible. Under these unusual
circumstances, TnŐT will either put the client in a rental or reimburse the client up to $25.00 a day towards a rental receipt,
for each day we exceed our quoted transit time. The client has the choice of choosing either option.
This client's vehicle was 2 days late. Tn'T offered to put the client in a rental. The client declined
this offer since they were not in need of a vehicle. The client had shipped a Chevrolet Avalanche. The
client wanted to use this truck for work around his home. TnŐT offered to put the client in a truck so
that what work the client had hoped to accomplish could still be done. The client declined this offer.
In lieu of this, Tn'T offered a complimentary dinner of their choice for the entire family. The client
also declined this offer.
Every attempt was made to keep the client informed regarding the delivery of their
vehicle. Tn'T apologizes that the vehicle was late but feels they tried to compensate the client for this service failure. |
